WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST VISIT
A child's first visit to the dentist can be scary. At Pediatric Dental Associates Of Southbury, LLC, it is our mission to make the first appointment and all subsequent appointments as positive and anxiety free for your children as possible. Parents may accompany their children to the exam room and stay for any/all procedures so that their children feel more comfortable. The dentist will explain everything about the procedure to your child in a gentle and professional manner as well as answer any questions you or your child might have.

Our friendly staff is dedicated to caring for your child's oral health and well-being. We take the time to create a personalized treatment for each patient and we offer a wide range of services. It is our goal to make your child's visit with us an extremely pleasant one and to send every patient home with a beautiful and healthy smile.
PATIENT FORMS
Below is the link to our New Patient Package that you must complete prior to your child's first visit. You can expedite matters by entering and submitting the package to us electronically, or requesting it via traditional mail and handing it to our staff when you arrive at our office. PLEASE expect to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, as we will need the extra time to process your child or children’s information. Doing so will allow our team extra time to give our undivided attention to you as new patients.
